This is my third painting and, by far, my favorite. I think darker photos tend to be better as the first two I had done were lighter colors and didn’t translate as well. I’ll be ordering another soon!!
This was a gift from my sons. I love the family photo and enjoyed painting this picture. It is a gift I will treasure forever! I am addicted to paint by numbers and found this to be a quality kit. I will definitely be ordering another one.
Had a blast with this painting! I did the 60 colors and I can’t believe how detailed it turned out!
the personal photo kits are excellent. Sometimes the numbers are too big for the teensy spaces... but that is part of the difficulty. They are GREAT
Loved working on this! Some parts were difficult just because it was so small, but so worth it! This took me about 2 weeks to complete- worked on it about 1-2 hours a day and I found it very relaxing!
I am retired and have painted dozens of PBN in the last 7 years, Frank has been very helpful a couple of times answering my questions. I have tried several different companies and 1001Canvas is by far the best ,
I loved it! This is my second custom kit. I made the background a little lighter because the color the canvas was asking for was too dark to my liking. I ordered a third one (not custom kit) and used gesso as primer.
VERY NICE PRODUCT! The printed canvas was clearly printed and the paints were great. I ordered extra paint but didn’t need it. I also ordered the premium brushes and they were very good. I really enjoyed watching my grandkids come to life on the canvas. The paint colors were very good. I’m already looking through our photos for another project. THANK YOU!
I requested a proof prior and it was perfect! The paint needed multiple coats, and I am going to tweak a few colors but overall I couldn’t be happier with this product or outcome! I have already ordered 2 more to do as Christmas gifts and can’t wait to start those also!
The canvas is well-prepared, gessoed and smooth to accept the paint. The brushes could be a little better quality, but they're okay for the duration of the painting.
This is my second one. I am almost finished and I have my third one already on the way. The first two have been of my family(kids and grandkids) and I really enjoyed seeing them come to life. This time I’m going to do a photo I took of a large live oak tree.
I really enjoyed painting my favorite picture. Easy and relaxing.
I have ordered 8 custom paint kits! That alone should tell you what I think...I keep Ordering! Great custom paint kits! Service is decent and price is a little high like everything nowadays!
My wife and I did a team painting of ourselves for our anniversary. We used the custom 48-color kit. She said that it was the best present that I've ever given her!
Already order my next custom. They are of our grandsons. So fun11
This is amazing. Looks just like them.
I’ve tried so many Paint by numbers companies and 1001Canvas is the best quality by far. Superior paints, best color selection to match my custom picture, and the best canvas to paint on with a paper copy to refer to. This is my fourth custom painting, And I have two more ordered.
My paint by numbers kit was very cool. I enjoyed painting it and I am so happy to have the finished photo. It does take a long time to receive the custom orders (which the site tells you), just keep in mind if you are ordering it as a present. You can check out my painting and photo I sent below.
Absolutely obsessed with this new painting style. So many fun hours of painting and relaxing. I LOVE how it turned out, and will be buying more custom kits for myself, friends and family! Definitely worth the extra $$ to get the extra brushes as well! Cannot recommend this enough!
Made the perfect Christmas gift for my mom. Beautiful job turning a photo from my wedding day into a painting I could paint. It meant so much and it came out amazing!
I hosted a tea and painting party where everyone ordered their canvas in advance. As a non artist, I had way more fun than expected and ended up finishing my canvas - oftentimes while sitting next to my kids doing their homework or while listening to an audiobook. It was totally soothing. I could not recommend more and I never do online reviews.
Our wedding photos were damaged so i thought I would give this a try. It was easy to paint and I think the final result came out beautifully!
This is the best quality of the canvas and paint I have worked with, and I have painted more than a dozen from many companies.
I painted a picture of my daughters engagement picture to give as wedding gift. It was so true to the picture. I’ve included the pic and painting
Very accurate prework, if well executed the results are fantastic
This was so much fun. My daughter and I did this together to paint a lasting memory of my granddaughter.
This was such a fun thing to do! It was the perfect anniversary present :)
Obsessed with how this turned out. Had so much fun painting it and loved the final product!
I love crafts and painting and this was so fun to do and looks amazing. Definitely thinking of another Pic to turn to painting. Highly recommend 👌
Loving 1001Canvas. Helps me wind down from busy weeks . I have painted mostly family shots of family members thst are no longer around. I am enjoying painting again.
I have ordered several times because i wanted to create a wall of art but also wanted to particpate in creating it and the canvas provided are the best!
Loved the quality of the canvas and paints, and loved the end result! Would definitely order another and recommend to friends and family!
Love how the custom turned out. So life like
It’s amazing how real these paintings turn out. Totally rewarding.
I loved doing my painting! I'm not very artistic and was worried how well it would turn out. But it looks great and I'm definitely going to get another one!
What a great way to take a memory and make it even more of a memory. The details in the colors were spot on. The extra brush set is worth it. I will definitely be doing another one!
All perfect, very nice hobby.
I have done four paint by numbers and I love doing them. Some were gifts and some I keep. I have always done custom ones from photos. I will keep ordering. 😊
I loved getting a custom paint by number! Was so much fun to complete and work on! Can’t wait to finish my next one!!
Was so fun! A gift for my sister and brother in law and new baby boy! They loved it. Can't wait to do another!
